Custom Moulding
Our moulded fibre packaging and containers are manufactured from pre and post-consumer newsprint and other selected waste papers. All of our products are 100% recyclable.
Bespoke Packaging
We design and fabricate custom moulds for each project and fit them with a fine screen to provide a semi-smooth finish. We formulate our slurries to to give our moulded products more cushioning and increased strength in addition to water resistant properties.
Moulded fibre packaging is ideal for use as 'cushions', corner guards, custom pallets and containers to name just a few.
Our custom moulded fibre products are available with 6mm wall thickness in sizes from 150mm up to 2,800mm long x 150mm to 1,500mm wide. We can also mould up to 450mm high! Tolerances are held to +/- 2% and samples are always 'checked-for-fit' with the original product to ensure perfect quality.
Our packaging materials can be designed to meet UPS and ISTA drop test compliance and our design engineers are accustomed to working with you throughout the testing process.
